karinaboese > Fortune Cookie of The Day - Nothing Can Beat That!
Mon. April 14, 2008 (Day 2)

I ate my fortune-cookie at 3pm, in my office cubicle. The message really struck me. I put it on top of my journal, in front of my daily calendar & took a picture. Voila!
karinaboese > I Got a Hair Cut!
Tue. June 24, 2008 (Day 73)

My fringe got on my nerves today, so I had it chopped off!. Went to a new salon so I'll see tomorrow if I like it.

Other info: natural light (as always), out in the backyard, add warm tone on the processing - that's about it.
karinaboese > Almost Sunset
Sat. June 21, 2008 (Day 70)

I saw this streak of light behind the clouds from the highway. Had to make a pit stop on this reservoir - I know I can rely on this place for my Daily's. Enjoy your weekend everybody!!!
karinaboese > Wished I Could Play THAT Fast
Tue. May 13, 2008 (Day 31)

I wished I could be more creative on my Daily Photos.
I wished I don't have a brain-dead today.
Sigh...

300m - Hillary - HippyfromOZ: THANK YOU!!! :)

Graham: ...because it was so fast, you can't see if the keys were depressed. or the shutter speed was so slow?!? LOL!

OK - I need to add my THANK YOU. You guys, as a community, are excellent. Very uplifting! Thank you!!!
karinaboese > Night at The Dock
Sun. June 8, 2008 (Day 57)

We went to Villa Capri, Italian Restaurant on Clear Lake yesterday. They have gorgeous patio looking out the lake. This one is taken at 9:30pm with 30sec. long-exposure.

Could this be another shadow's SP too?
karinaboese > Polished
Thu. July 3, 2008 (Day 82)

I have hands of a worker. If I have them polished, I cannot keep my nails pretty for more than 2 days. This morning, on the way to work - I actually surprised to see my nails still look nice...well, not too bad. So I dedicated my Daily's today for my nails.
(Hmmm... my windshield looks yucky. I need to wash my car!)

I'm not really fond of this snap shot (too much overexposed area), but I'm going to be too busy later today. So be it :)

QUESTION OF THE DAY:
How do we keep all the exif data from RAW?
I shot this in RAW - cropped it with Picasa - saved in JPG..... then I lost all the details. HELP! I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Note for Mike:
You'd better be careful - I know exactly where that mettalic Mustang parks in the parking lot. My black Mustang still looks sexy even when it's dirty.
karinaboese > Bad Boy
Thu. June 12, 2008 (Day 61)

I took a few shots from my rear view mirror. One second after I shot this, he honk me (it was freaking loud!). I thought he saw my camera/lens/whatever.... but apparently the traffic light turned green a long time ago. Oh...

This was a contender for DP June 11, 2008. After reading the comments from irishmurr & dedmans - I decided to make my Thursday easy. So here it is...
karinaboese > DON'T GO TO THE LIGHT!
Thu. April 17, 2008 (Day 5)

Passing this Barker Reservoir - Buffalo Bayou on the way home today. The sun was calling me to stop. Standing there, watching the sun, feeling the breeze...just a simple way of life telling us to be glad that we are alive.

karinaboese > Red, White, and Blue
Wed. May 21, 2008 (Day 39)

I was driving around at lunch time today and noticed big poles in front of worship center. Drove in there and took a quick shot of the flags.

DON'T YOU LOVE THE COLORS?!?
Yeah...I'm a Texan!
