She has the pinkiest baby lips that I've ever seen. ... and I like chubby hands of a baby! karinaboese > Eggplant for Dinner Tue. January 13, 2009 (Day 273) I decided to cook tonight...Baked Eggplant Parmesan with Alfredo Fettucini on the side. Tiny info: * Taken with 10-20mm that explains my distorted face * Ceiling light only (no flash) * f/22, 4sec, ISO 200 - priority on aperture. * Put the camera on timer... ...then I ran to from behind the camera to "wash my hand" - that's why my arms look ghostly. My simple recipe for 2 / 4: * 1 big eggplant cut into 4 section; sprinkle w/ salt * dip all eggplant into flour - egg - breadcrumb * 40 minutes in 350F oven * After 40mnts, add tomatoes sauce & 2 slices of provolonge cheese on top of each eggplants. * You can serve the eggplants for 4 people, or for 2. I stacked 2 eggplants together. * Cook the fettucini & heat up the alfredo sauce (I used bottle sauce). * Dinner is ready, babe! Time to rest now...
