karinaboese > Silent Tue. June 30, 2009 (Day 37) Everybody has their own burdens, their grief that they carry with them. I often wished I could help somebody a lot more...but I couldn't. Today, I'm sending my love and prayers to my late childhood friend- up there. Her last email to me was 03/25/2009: "...kakak gw pgn deeh di foto2 ma lw lg... ingeet kah qta foto2 di kota tua? ingetkah lagu the final countdown? europe? lagu kesukaanmu kan? doakan saja aq sembuh kakak ayien..." She wanted me to take a picture of her in the old town, ...and she still remembered my favorite song back in 80's. Tami, you now can rest in peace. "We're leaving together, but still it's farewell.. and maybe we'll come back, to earth who can tell... I guess there's no one to blame, we're leaving ground... Will thing ever be the same again... It's the final countdown. We're heading for Venus and still we stand tall Cause maybe they've seen us, and welcome us all With so many light years to go and things to be found... The Result: Looks Pretty Liquid to Me! Tiny info: * I used liquid soap for this shot - not sticky at all! * Used SB600 Nikon flash - speed 1/200. * The drop is not very sharp, that's why I decided to add 'soft' on the pp. * Too tired to do any experiment tonight. * Go to Alternate gallery to see other shots. Tiny info: * I used liquid soap for this shot (I wished I had honey). * SB600 Nikon flash - speed 1/200. Not fast enough to freeze the drop. * Used continuous shots. * The drop is not very sharp, that's why I decided to add 'soft' on the pp. * Too tired to do any experiment tonight.
